Role:Oracle Functional Lead - HCM

Location:Escondido, CA

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be the single point of contact from IT for all things HR and Payroll
  
• Work closely with users to stabilize the new Oracle EBS system. Help troubleshoot issues and bugs with a focus on ensuring accurate and smooth payroll runs
  
• Look for opportunities for improvement in both business processes and supporting systems
  
• Document new requirements, participate in overall design, test and implement new features
  

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Over 7 years of experience in implementing/supporting enterprise class systems like Oracle EBS
  
• At least 5 years directly supporting HR/Payroll modules and users
  
• Thorough understanding of all major functions and processes in HR and Payroll
  
• Ability to train users in HCM modules and help create training materials
  
• Experience working with Oracle to resolve issues, bugs and patches
  
• Experience with Payroll taxes
  
• Exposure to 3rd party time entry systems such as Kronos, ePay is desirable
  
• Technical skills at a minimum to include ability to write ad-hoc SQL queries to extract and analyze data as needed, troubleshoot/write fast formulas.
  
• Exposure to EBS version 12.2.4 is a plus
  
• Prior experience working in a Project centric construction organization is a plus
