Job Description:

Business Development

  • Manages, develops and coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales team.
  • Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organizationâ??s planning efforts.
  • Supports the equitable assignment of sales leads and ensures opportunities are optimally allocated to all sales team and resources in order to hit targets.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement.
  • Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
  • Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
  • Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement.
  • Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization.
Salary: Salary will be negotiated with the candidate taking into account his/her experience.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • Bachelor??s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Communications Finance
  • Have at least 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience; ideally in an international professional services firm environment and/or higher education.

Desired skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects.
  • Must have the ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams in a collaborative, professional and international environment.
  • An ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Thorough understanding of digital and social media marketing, branding, landscape and tactics.
  • Demonstrate excellent writing, communication, active listening and presentation skills.
  • Skills with CRMs and online marketing platforms is a must. Knowledge of Retargeting is highly desirable.
  • Must be a team player and able to coordinate some content creation, esp. for marketing campaigns.
  • Fluent in Spanish and/or other languages a plus but not required.
