Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Create, produce and improve weekly, period, and quarterly reporting and analysis to the CFO and other executives.
- Contribute to quarterly reforecast process, as well as annual operating plan/budgeting process.
- Maintain and/or build financial models to analyze store-level performance and sales trends.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as required to support business initiatives and special projects.
- Effectively communicate, through written and oral means, results, ideas, and recommendations.
Requirements outside of being a culture fit:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Restaurant or retail industry experience is preferable, though not required.
- Degree in finance, economics, mathematics, accounting, or a related quantitative field.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required, Hyperion/Essbase experience preferred.
- Familiarity with business intelligence suites such as Tableau.
- Able to analyze and extract insights from large amounts of data.
- Strong problem solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Comfortable interacting with all levels within the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects from start to completion.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively with a wide variety of people assertively and confidently.
