Job Description:
- You have 1+ years of professional experience testing web UIs or web APIs.
- You a??re familiar with the basics of HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, REST, and how the modern web works.
- You ?arefamiliar with bug/issue tracking tools (JIRA, Redmine, etc) and workflows.
- If you are familiar with any of the following, thatâ??s a point in your favor, but it isnâ??t a requirement:
- Java, C#, Node.js, Go, Ruby, PHP, MySQL (or SQL and relational databases in general), MongoDB, RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch, or memcached.
- Selenium WebDriver and related design patterns (PageObject and PageFactory).
- Web and webhook debugging tools (Chrome developer tools, Firebug, Fiddler, Charles, RequestBin, Webhook Inbox, etc).
- web security considerations (XSS, XSRF, SQL injection, etc)
- web-based marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, Marketo, Eloqua, etc)
- web-based content management or content marketing platforms
