Job Description:
Responsibilities
- You will serve as owner of the public website, responsible for optimization, traffic, conversions, and overall management
- You will manage third-party advertising systems vendors and web development vendors
- You will own content management systems that support member-facing sites
- You will work with cross-functional groups to develop inbound and outbound marketing strategies that deliver on key organizational metrics
- You will lead SEM (SEO/PPM) execution, working internal stakeholders, agencies, and various tools
- You will ensure brand consistency for all mediums yet pushes for ever-improving creativity and results
- You will be responsible for effective and efficient utilization of resources (talent, budget, tools, and vendors).
Qualifications
- Completed a Bachelors degree in business, marketing, computer science or design related fields
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, web design, web application development, online performance tracking and optimization, digital advertising or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Experience in financial services or ecommerce preferred
- Must be able to demonstrate success in highly collaborative environment
- Must exhibit an exceptional member-first attitude and be proactive with employee development
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/assignments simultaneously using strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Experience with Content Management Systems, Digital Advertising Systems, and Web Analytics tools required
- Strong working knowledge of marketing, design, development and advertising tools including but not limited to: Google Analytics, Google AdWords, AdRoll, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, HTML and MS office
