- Industrial Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to take on the critical role of managing business performance focusing on safety, quality, delivery, service, and cost. Reporting to the Site General Manager, the Quality Assurance Manager is a key member of the tactical and strategic management team. The focus of this position will be clearly aligned with values, mission, vision, and strategic plans fundamental to meeting customer and stakeholder expectations.

- Mentor, coach, and develop quality department direct reports to achieve optimal performance and business results.
- Maintain and continuously improve the effectiveness and maturity of the Business Management System through audits and management reviews.
- Collaborate with process owners to identify systematic process improvement opportunities.
- Manage human and capital resources to support business needs.
- Maintain compliance to all necessary regulatory and agency requirements.
- Four (4) year technical degree in engineering and/or manufacturing.
- Eight (8) to ten (10) years of relevant progressive experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Five (5) years in quality.
- Three (3) to four (4) years proven leadership of teams developing employees and driving skill sets.
- Proven technical experience as a Quality Engineer.
- Strong skills using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management
- Qualified internal candidates will have first preference for consideration for this position.
