  • The Digital Marketing group at responsible for all online lead generation in support of multiple B2B sales channels, has a need for a strong digital marketer with experience in all facets of online marketing including paid and organic search, display advertising, affiliate partnerships and web analytics, tracking, and analysis.
  • Qualified candidates are well versed in Google Adwords and SEO best practices and have a proven track record of managing day-to-day optimization activities for online programs including campaign tracking, attribution and regular results reporting to maximize the strength and effectiveness of all digital marketing efforts.
  • This role will work closely across marketing and sales teams with respect to continuous planning, lead generation, campaign optimization, and execution.
  • The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, a love for analytics and serves as a digital marketing champion across the company.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Understand how to reach B2B merchant and partner channel target audiences and apply knowledge of each to their respective online marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with social media, marketing automation, brand and creative team members to execute online aspects of company-wide campaigns.
  • Oversee paid search campaigns in Google Adwords and Bing AdCenter and serve as an active participant in keyword research and management, Ad copy writing and testing, campaign scheduling and bid management as needed.
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities with our paid search agency and play an active role in driving optimizations and introducing new concepts by keeping abreast of evolving trends, technologies and tactics.
  • Collaborate regularly with sales managers to project lead volume and close rates and manage lead quality on a weekly basis.
  • Assign tracking codes, monitor and test tracking integrations, and set up URLs/UTM campaign parameters for marketing and sales efforts across all brands.
  • Pull data and reports from a variety of tools including Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Marketo, and Salesforce CRM to analyze digital program metrics and improve results.
  • Participate in planning and execute initiatives to meet monthly goals and KPIÃ?¢??s.
  • Analyze and monitor results and capitalize on market opportunities as they evolve.
  • Maintain the promotion calendar for all digital marketing activities.
  • Coordinate and execute paid search activities company-wide.
Key RequirementsEducation:
  • Bachelor\\\\\\\'s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
Experience:
  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing automation, demand generation, and analytical skillsHands-on experience working with Googe Adwords,
  • Google Analytics and Salesforce CRM is mandatoryStrong analytics acumen (Advanced Excel, v-look-ups, pivot tables and other data manipulation skills required)
  • Online Display and text ad copy skills, SEM,
  • Web and landing page messaging and CTAs a strong plusClear understanding of the differences and similarities between SEO and SEM and how to maximize eachExperience with payments or financial industries (beneficial but not required)
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet goals.
