Role:Senior Salesforce Business Developer

Loc:Pittsburgh

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing systems.
  
• Provide recommendations on IT resources and identify opportunities where we can improve efficiency of business processes.
  
• Performing IT related duties during working hours and when necessary after hours support.
  
• Analyze data contained in the corporate database and identify data integrity issues with existing and proposed systems and implement solutions.
  
• Produce technical documentation for new and existing applications.
  
• Ability to lead projects from small to large complexity.
  
• Create training materials and user documentation, and maintain such documentation as business needs evolve
  
• Meet with end users to understand needs; using input from the users, evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of available upgrade and/or developmental options
  
• Ability to recommend corporate security best practices
  

Job Requirements:

• At least 5+ years Salesforce Development
  
• Experience in configuration, testing and deployment of Salesforce.com functionality
  
• Deep technical knowledge with the following:
  
• Salesforce.com data model and how and when to create custom objects vs. using Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality
  
• Service Cloud, Communities and Salesforce Integrations.
  
• Using Visualforce, Apex, Java, JavaScript, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support critical business functions
  
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com developer toolkit and Security Model.
