Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, develop and mentor a web production team working together with other in-house creative and project management teams on new assets for our website.
- Work closely with the web development team to roll-out new website functionality.
- Assist team with workload prioritization as well as hands-on production work.
- 50% of this role is hands-on, producing web assets, while also managing the needs of the team.
- Must have a good understanding of business segmentation as it relates to website personalization.
- Participate in various weekly meetings with project managers, brand, and creative teams to provide recommendations and plans for optimally delivering website assets.
- Respond to and follow-up on any website production related issues or inquiries.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience using Sitecore (weâ??re currently using version 8.2).
- 2+ years of experience leading, managing and developing people.
- Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript and web best practices.
- Ability to work with and react to web analytics (experience with Adobe Analytics & Tableau would be ideal).
