Role:Data Analyst
Location:Boston, MA
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze performance metrics and data to identify issues and make business recommendations
- Act as liaison with our Business Intelligence team to translate data needs into reporting requirements
- Test and generally own all Contact Center reporting using Tableau
- Produce and analyze regular reports for Contact Center management
- Produce weekly G&A financial updates
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in data analysis
- Experience with Tableau
- Strong use and knowledge of Excel (vlookups, pivots, calculations, etc.)
- Experience with financial analysis/business intelligence
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Experience working with SQL a plus
- Use of relational database a plus
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasked environment
- Detailed and process oriented. The position requires an excellent grasp of often-changing details.
