• Rapidly-growing business which is entering new markets, adding large new customers and expanding product offering requires strong financial analytics, modeling and reporting to ensure good decision making.
  
• Will work across all functional areas of the organization requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Analyze and model all aspects of the business including volume growth, profitability, return on investments, efficiency by location, by category, by sales person, and by supplier to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  
• This role will be involved with annual planning, forecasting and M&A activity. Timely delivery of reports, identifying trends and making recommendations, and creation of accurate forecasts and budgets. Ad-hoc financial modeling, reporting and analysis as necessary.
  
• Ability to manipulate and combine large amounts of data across disparate systems and draw meaningful and revealing conclusions in an efficient manner.
  
• Ability to spot trends, identify opportunities, and effectively communicate recommendations to decision makers with credibility.
  
• Comfortable working with complex systems and technology to capture the necessary data to deliver useful reports and analysis in a timely manner.
  
• Critical thinking, excellent problem solving skills and advanced financial modeling abilities.
  

Prefer:

• Undergraduate bachelorâ??s degree required with strong emphasis in mathematics or economics and MBA is required
