Job Description:
- Working closely with internal team members and external partners in the design, development, and implementation of business solutions leveraging the Salesforce technologies.
- Leading design and development of custom solutions on the Force.com platform and Salesforce integration with other platforms.
- Providing technical leadership with establishing data migration strategies and their implementation.
- Providing technical leadership with integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit, systems, integration), and iterative solution refinement.

- A bachelora??s degree or diploma in computer science or related technical discipline.
- A minimum of three yearsâ?? experience of Salesforce and/or Java development experience.
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform and its offerings: Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Communities, Knowledge Base, Live Agent.
- Experience with data modeling, administering and/or developing against SQL Server or Oracle databases.
- A self-starter, client focused, willing and eager to learn new things and approach solutions differently.
- Proven ability to work with business, Information Technology, and external partners through an entire project cycle, from requirements gathering and documentation, to design and development, to testing and user documentation.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Apex, and Visualforce pages.
- Proficiency with web technologies: HTML 5, CSS 3, Javascript, jQuery.
- Proficiency with relational databases: SQL Server or Oracle.
- Expert knowledge of object-oriented methodologies.
- Experience with SCRUM Agile methodology.
- Salesforce Admin and/or Developer certifications desired.
- The ability to communicate in French is considered an asset.
