- Guides to develop, modify, or update Salesforce functional solutions used by business units.
- Provides guidance in development teams\' efforts to determine unit needs and business processes that are automated by the Salesforce platform.
- Participate in the software development life cycle, from initial Functional Fit Assessment, initial Solution to Production Deployment.
- Participate with teams of technical staff and business managers or practitioners in the business unit to determine Salesforce fit, systems requirements and functionalities needed in a Salesforce development project.
- Assess and develop high level Solution that best leverages the Salesforce platform capabilities for project and communicate in writing or in meetings with development team.
- Assess specifications against requirements.
- Review coding done to advance application upgrade, extension, or other development.
- Analyze application for data integrity issues.
- Develop test protocols or plan for testing revised application and review test results.
- Serve as consultant, project lead or lead technical staff in course of Sales force application development project May mentor and train less experienced technical and business staff on Salesforce capabilities;May use, define, evaluates and acquire high end development tools to assist or facilitate development process.
- Lead/participate in efforts to define and promote patterns and best practices to grow Salesforce knowledge and maturity within the organization
- Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent required.
- 6+ years of related experienceSPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities (both functional and technical) and integration capabilities, as well as experience designing and implementing Salesforce.
