- Provides end-to-end management to multiple projects and will be accountable for driving successful delivery of project goals. The incumbent will play a key role in the initial product implementation and will contribute to the overall success of the project(s) they oversee.
- The Engagement and Project Manager also performs Business Engagement activities by acting as IT liaison to business partners and advocates for them with the goal of providing an outstanding customer experience.Responsibilities also include collecting project and service requests from the business for governance and prioritization.
- Leading project and program deliverables to successful completion Owning,
- end-to-end accountability for delivery of program components Ensures that approved project plans are managed for optimal integration of timing,
- scope and resources within other competing enterprise level projects Drives a scaled-Agile methodology for project delivery Actively managing and mitigating issues,
- risks, assumptions and dependencies Creating project plans,
- communicating those plans and managing to those plans Driving consensus and decision-making with business and IT stakeholders Providing status reporting to stakeholders on a regular basis Ensuring deployment readiness for product releases Creates uniform processes/documentation across projects including agendas,
- project plans, status reports, and other project documentation as required Works in strong partnership with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive implementation plans and
- SOPs Evaluate project at its completion to understand lessons learned and communicate end results for future project and business process initiatives
- Acts as Liaison between IT and Business and as Business line advocate to IT Additional responsibilities as assigned
- BachelorĂ¢??s Degree PMP Have managed projects over $100,000
- Knowledge of tools like Primavera and Intellifuel preferred
- Experience in non-Information Technology disciplines such as Marketing,
- Operations or Finance preferred Experience in Fuel Operations preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written & verbal communication
- Administrative skills such as: meeting scheduling & agendas, note taking, follow-up
- Ability to manage and develop people within a cross-functional team project, and leverage matrixed resources
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects and business process implementations that support key strategic initiatives
