What we offer:

• You facilitate end-to-end product delivery in respective scrum team by using agile methods. In your role, you transform from waterfall to a full agile with Scrum development environment inside the team.
  
• You facilitate scrum team sessions, moderate the discussions and apply agile methods that enable teams to work efficiently.
  
• You support the refinement of user stories in order to plan sprints.
  
• You do sprint planning and execution.
  
• You oversee all relevant team artefacts as product backlog, sprint plan, sprint backlog, burndown charts etc.
  
• You monitor the product variables (story points, scope cost, effort, etc.) against the product idea and implement corrective or preventative actions to complete sprints.
  
• You remove impediments and barriers preventing team progress.
  
• You provide product owner with progress updates on sprints and product backlog.

What we are looking for:

• Domain knowledge in Retail (Brick & Mortar) Comprehend the E2E process from Warehouse to Retail Store across SAP ERP, SAP CAR, SAP Retail and xStore Point of Sales considered a plus
  
• Ability to coach, guide and manage scrum teams, advanced user of agile/scrum methods.
  
• Experience in people leadership and capability development Knowledge of patterns and techniques to enhance the scrum approach, e.g.
  
• Burn-down techniques retrospective formats, handling bugs Hands-on experience as scrum master/ project manager Strong communication and facilitation/ mediation skills
