Job Description:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing, solving hardware and software faults
- Monitoring and updating configuration, backup and restore, firmware upgrade on critical
- network devices i.e. routers, switches, and wireless access points
- First contact for outside vendors
- Updating company website
- Managing Server 2012 DNS, DHCP, Active Directory and Remote Desktop service
- Creating and modifying VBA programming for Microsoft Access, Excel and Word
- Managing Microsoft 365 Exchange online, SharePoint and OneDrive
- Setting up company Mobile phones, monitoring usage and managing features and add-ons
- Proving procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Monitoring SQL server for backups, health and security
- Maintaining routine Data backups and verifying restorability
- Maintaining PC image backup
- Managing NAS server
- Managing IP/Analog phone system, users, and extensions
- Maintaining IT asset inventory
Qualifications
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and strong critical thinking skills
- College Diploma or Degree in computer/software/system Programming
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Experience working in an IT environment
- Experience working with SQL, C++, Java and HTML
