Job Summary

• Is hiring for a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist to support the critical business functions of the marketing department in online branding and lead generation to support product sales.
  
• This is a digital marketing position with an emphasis on and responsibility for website maintenance, digital content / SEO implementation and lead acquisition.
• You will be the in-house strategic and tactical expert for these types of digital efforts, supporting and collaborating with our marketing and sales teams.
• As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing our digital brand which will engage new/existing customer groups through website content, photography and email marketing utilizing all available data resources.
• The position reports directly to the Director of Marketing.
  

Technical Support Core

Responsibilities:

• Build and execute the posting of content and photography to our English and Spanish websites.
  
• With support from our ad agency, update on-page page titles and meta descriptions in the Yoast platform.
  
• Assist with digital lead acquisition via online landing pages tied to organic and paid lead sources.
  
• Perform technical updates to WordPress and associated plug-ins.
  
• Collaborate with our Social Media & Digital Content Specialist on blog content uploads and photography enhancements.
  

Marketing & Sales Support

• Create and implement lead nurturing efforts and targeted email marketing campaigns to new and current customers.
  
• Review email statistics and sales results provided by our Marketing Data Specialist and implement changes as appropriate.
  
• Create auto-responder emails tied to various sales and marketing initiatives.
  
• Design online and PDF sales tools to assist sales with moving customers through the sales pipeline.
  
• Assist sales with various initiatives based on business needs and market opportunities
  

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required

• In-depth knowledge of web design and web development.
• Direct experience with WordPress, HTML and Cornerstone a plus.
  
• Proven working experience in digital marketing and website maintenance/development.
