Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the Payroll Department including work accuracy, employee relations, and best practices.
  • Provides exemplary customer service to employees and managers in regards to any and all payroll issues.
  • Evaluates current operating policies and processes, identify areas of opportunity for improvement and provide continual process improvement within the department. Document all payroll policies and procedures.
  • Researches and resolves payroll issues to ensure individual and company reporting of wages and taxes are accurate.
  • Manage all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of HRIS/Payroll System, the Time Labor Management (TLM) System, benefits, absence/time off, security, notifications, compensation and other interrelated functions for the organization.
  • Leads the functional design of system enhancements and interfaces to ensure system processes are integrated and aligned.
  • Identifies and helps develop HRIS business processes, ensuring processes/procedures are complete and maintained, supporting the creation of training and communication materials as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by Upper Management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelora??s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
  • 5+ Years of previous HRIS/Payroll Management experience required
  • 3+ Years of Supervisor/Management experience required
  • Previous ADP Workforce Now experience highly preferred
  • Experience with multi-location/payrolls required
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills

  • Ability to pass DMV Check, Background Check and Drug Screen
