Job descrption:
  • Work with the Product Line Management and Customer Experience teams to ensure customer functional objectives (CFO) for the features are understood and specifications are written to meet those CFO
  • Perform an impact analysis for the features o Determine HU impacts including any CFTS, Vehicle Function and other HU specifications.
Determine application requirements
  • Review HU requirement documents and vehicle functional specifications to ensure System Functional Specification for telematics services are being met
  • Support and organize requirements into specifications including use cases / stories to help communicate direction
  • Provide technical Team leadership of application development resources
  • Develops project plans, schedule and work breakdown structure for project
  • Ensures the project is completed on time and meets all business and system requirements
  • Maintains project tracking and provides status reports to senior leadership
  • Identifies and proactively resolves issues/conflicts within the project team
  • Communicates project status, progress on deliverables, and risks/issues to stakeholders and leadership in a timely manner
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams including architects, infrastructure team, software engineers, developers, testers, technical leads, and deployment leads to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Attend Supplier weekly/daily meetings as required
  • Travel as required
