Role:Sr UX Designer

What You a??ll Do

• Be a thought leader in driving the UX vision
  
• Own big initiatives across departments to enable great experiences
  
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to imagine and invent new products and improve existing ones
  
• Be the champion for the end user, ensuring features provide real value in an intuitive way
  
• Deliver high-fidelity cross-device designs, UI specifications, wireframes and prototypes.
  
• Work with engineers to ensure the implementation meets the intended experience
  
• Drive research with our clients and customers to discover new insights and validate designs
  
• Collaborate with the design team to create and uphold a shared design vision
  

Qualification

• A degree (or comparable experience) in Human Computer Interaction, product design, experience design, or a related field
  
• 7+ years of experience delivering mobile and web experiences
  
• Examples of experience driving innovative initiatives
  
• Role model for design quality and methods
  
• Deep knowledge of ideation, user testing, prototyping, data-driven design, rapid iteration, and customer research
  
• Effective and successful leadership within a design team and cross-functionally
  
• A compelling online portfolio
  
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript is a plus.
