Job Description:
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development of monthly KPI reporting for each assigned manufacturing plant and their respective production lines.
- Responsible for periodic financial and variance analysis reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual).
- Must be able to successfully work independently and cooperatively with all levels of the organization (line operator to executive management).
- Be able to communicate clear and concise information about each financial report and related variance discrepancies as revealed by these reports (KPI, Budget vs Actual spending, labor and material variances, PPV, inventory analysis/valuation, etc.).
- Be able to communicate, understand, analyze, and ask substantive questions about plant business related activities and procedures (i.e. work orders and instructions) as well as make reasonable recommendations for improvement.
- Be a strong advocate and driver of improvement ideas by generating recommendations based on the financial analysis and variance reporting measuring plant and business performance.
- Willing to participate in process improvements teams as assigned and actively contribute to brainstorming and proactive recommendations and solutions.
- Provide financial analysis support as required/assigned including effective commentary in order assist with business management and decision making..
- Analyze plant and business results and provide recommendations as appropriate.
- Be expert at SAGE and SAGE reporting.
- Adhere to all plant safety and health requirements.
Minimum
Education & Experience: Bacheloras degree or above with a minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

COST ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE IN A MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT A MUST.
