Duties & Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the VP of Project Management; the Project Manager will be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of projects.
  • The Project Manager role requires regular interaction with inter/cross-departmental peers as well as management.
  • Having the experience, presence and poise to command the respect and trust of others is a must.
  • Specifically, The Project Manager Will
  • Manage new office openings as well as software & hardware project installations.
  • Lead and direct the work of others.
  • Define and document project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to project team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Measure progress, adjust processes accordingly and develop new ones where needed to keep teams on track to meet its goals.
  • Work closely with numerous departments to support timely closeout of projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelora??s degree in a related field preferred and/or relevant experience required.
  • 4+ years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is preferred.
  • Highly motivated and able to adapt to changing priorities.
  • A high level of integrity, earning the respect and trust of his/her peer groups and executives.
  • Strong industry acumen, self-starter and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills a must, verbal and written.
