Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
  • Assist business systems configuration department and internal stakeholders in systems support, expertise and guidance for Operations core and ancillary applications (QNXT, CES, Microdyn, Trinisys)
  • Act as a liaison and lead with Tri Zetto, vendors and varying SWH business partners to drive project completion and roll out of applications, integrations, processes, and fixes
  • Assist with the creation of test plans, testing, documenting and tracking issues and ensuring timely issue resolution
  • Create new reports and modify existing reports using industry standards and best practices
  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis and determine when repetitive ad-hoc requests should be included as standard reporting
  • Optimization of application configuration through analysis of existing applications in conjunction with departmental processes and procedures
  • Organize data and conduct analysis to research and troubleshoot operational deficiencies.
  • Adhere to a standard processes for evaluation of deficiencies and provide appropriate communication on the problem and resolution.
  • Schedule, coordinate and facilitate requirements with the business to identify and drive complete requirements and innovative solution design
  • Collaborate with relevant departments on performance and regulatory projects to define and document requirements for new functionality, test solutions, and support implementation
  • Maintain close alignment with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Promote continuous improvement through data mining and analytics
  • Other functions as needed or directed by management
Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in related business/data analyst roles
  • Experience with an alyzation or optimization of claim processing or clinical systems preferred QNXT experience
  • Experience with Tri Zetto products preferredâ?¢ Participation in system implementations, upgrades and/or integrations
  • Experience in leveraging data to analyze business processes and to provide process improvement recommendations
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
Skills/Aptitudes:
  • Demonstrable proficiency in writing and modifying complex SQL
  • Strong understanding of application programming, database and system design
  • Strong understanding of database architecture and schemas
  • Microsoft Office (Visio, Excel, Word)
  • Project Management skills
  • Research, critical thinking and problem solving skills with the ability to retrieve and analyze data from multiple sources
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills
