Job Description:

  • The ideal candidate can clearly demonstrate the ability to deliver analytical, organization analysis and possesses the ability to synthesize complex data into easy to understand presentations, reports and materials.
  • The position requires an individual who can work independently with limited supervision and one who has the ability to manage multiple project components against complex timelines.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of approved projects according to established target dates in an organized, detailed manner.
  • Projects require cross-functional coordination, communication, influence and negotiation.
  • Provide analytical support for change initiatives.
  • Develop and revise project materials and maintain project documentation in a manner that will facilitate ease of access and use.
  • Provide numeric and graphic design support (e.g. - presentation materials).
  • Recommend improvements in project deliverables and process improvements.
  • Independently manage identified projects per established project plan, with minimal oversight.
  • Prepare recommendations and implement plans to address identified needs.
  • Coordinate and manage project-related activities.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings necessary to coordinate and manage projects and other related business requirements.
  • Coordinate and communicate all phases of the development lifecycle (design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support) of the project cycle (initiate plan, execute control and close) as well as analysis post launch during the review phase.
  • Utilize familiarity with the organization and operations of the company, while analyzing and documenting business needs and system requirements.
  • Develop workable implementation plans; Communicate changes effectively; Build commitment and overcome resistance.
  • Develop working knowledge of solid project management approaches, through formal training and on-the-job experience.
  • Maintain good working relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts from other departments to facilitate successful completion of projects.
  • Utilize techniques and methodologies such as Needs Assessment, Cost-benefit analysis and/or Return on Investment analysis, Process Flows, Requirements Specification, Functional Specification, Critical Path Planning, Project Milestones, and Resource Planning.

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors??s Degree or four to six years related experience and/or training.
  • 3-5 years of Supply Chain

Operations Experience Required.

  • PMP-certified preferred.
  • Prior experience leading major projects, using project management tools and methods, and the definition and optimization of business processes.
  • Excellent oral and written communicational skills.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, problem solve and present information to management, co-workers and business clients.
  • Ability to learn new technologies independently.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet all deadlines independently.
  • Strong follow through on assigned tasks & the ability to direct others towards strategic goals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (such as Excel, Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills combined with highly developed oral and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate information with others clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment within both the department as well as cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
