Job Description:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze, prepare and input payroll data using ADP Workforce Now
- Track time and attendance on Aderant CMS system
- Prepare semi-monthly payroll reconciliations, unemployment claims and Department Of Labor reporting.
- Process garnishments, 401(k) and other payroll deduction changes as needed
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality concerning sensitive payroll-related information
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal wage and hour laws
- Assist with preparation of reports for management using ADP Report Writer (gross payroll, hours worked, vacation accrual, tax deductions, benefit deductions, etc.) as needed
- Provide reports on a monthly basis including health and pension, medical, profit sharing, etc. and collaborate with other infrastructure teams to optimize reporting solutions
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 to 5 years of experience processing multi-state payroll in a medium- to large-sized company (500 Employees plus) using ADP Workforce Now
- Bachelor??s degree a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and v-lookups) and Word applications
- Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations; experience with California payroll laws a plus
- Knowledge of IDI time keeping and WorkDay Human Capital Management Systems a plus
- Excellent analytical abilities and problem solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
