Job Description

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science preferred
  
• Minimum of 2 years professional experience
  
• Working Knowledge of 850, 856, 810, 204, 214, 210 is a plus
  
• Prior EDI experience required
  
• Prior experience with Web Services is a plus
  
• Experience with DELL Boomi is a plus
  
• Experience with Oracle ERP or Database is a plus
  
• Solid background in information systems technology
  
• Working knowledge of data communication protocols and security
  
• Detailed knowledge of EDI document formats
  
• Knowledge of data mapping, data translation, interfaces
  
• Prior experience with Dell Boomi is a plus
  
• Must be detail oriented with problem solving skills
  
• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
  
• Commitment to system data integrity, system availability
  
• Have a positive and energetic attitude in the workplace
  
• Driven to improve customer satisfaction, both internally and externally
  
• Ability to maintain professionalism at all times in high pressure situations
  
• Excellent communication skills; able to discuss technical issues with non-technical staff

Position Responsibilities

• Monitoring EDI systems and resolving failures
• Reviewing EDI transactions and applying resolution to data containing errors
• Working with the appropriate departments to resolve errors or failures
• Gathering EDI requirements and specifications
• Participating in EDI Design and Implementation
• Coordinate testing and quality control for EDI transactions
• Assist in new trading partner setup, testing and administration
• Update and maintain documentation for the EDI platform and processes
