Job description
- Is looking for an experienced, creative, innovation and hands-on e-Commerce Marketing Manager to be a key driver in e-Commerce, digital media, and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) growth.
- Overall, the position manages the strategic and tactical direction of our digital efforts to drive awareness and conversion online.
- The e-Commerce Marketing Manger will lead integrated marketing strategy delivering tactics to drive growth through data-driven marketing, digital demand generation campaigns, product positioning and will oversee social media, PPC, SEO, SEM, Amazon ads, FB ads and e-mail marketing.

Responsibilities
- Identify new areas of e-Commerce opportunity beyond current organizational thinking for increasing sales
- Development, ROI analysis and execution of all marketing initiatives including email, paid media, promotions, and merchandising
- Evaluation of program effectiveness and ROI. Apply learnings to optimize future activations
- Manage marketing spend for all aspects of all marketing initiatives and set and track annual KPIs
- Track positioning and optimize for top sellers and new products across all e-Commerce partners
- Plan and execute all website optimization, SEO/SEM marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns
- Improve traffic, conversion rates, and average order value across all e-Commerce partner sites and marketplaces
- Drive sales of slow moving inventory, and recommend process changes which will positively impact sales growth
- Systematically analyze online performance, recommend strategic and tactical changes to drive sales and profitability, increasing visitors, capturing larger average order sizes and managing margin performance
- Develop customer acquisition strategies (SEO, SEM, targeted display, and retargeting)
- Manage online and social media presence
- Implement reporting system to measure the impact of digital and social media campaigns, mobile on website traffic, measure conversion rates, and more
- Establish & influence digital marketing best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of digital marketing and ecommerce experience with SEO/SEM, web analytics and paid media programs, SEO Analytics tools, marketing automation tools, content distribution and syndication tools, email, social media, and mobile.
- Marketers can carry conversations across multiple devices and measure return on relationships.
- Must have extensive experience selling and marketing products on Amazon.com
- Extensive knowledge of e-commerce platforms, technology, trends & sophisticated analytics
- High degree of initiative with willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing digital campaigns with superior ROI
- Strong analytical skills with experience in social and digital analytics, including but not limited to site traffic, conversion, spend, click-through rate, etc.
- Experience with digital analytics reporting tools
