Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring adequate quality of reporting process and data analysis introduced to support objectives of the A&A organization.
  
• Preparation and analysis of data and reports often on request
  
• Cooperation/partnership with the Finance and HR on data requirements and analysis
  
• Generate meaningful analysis that can be presented to senior management on periodic basis.
  
• Will be involved in interpreting data, formulating reports and making recommendations based upon the research findings.
  
• The candidate should be located in San Jose, CA.
  

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Required to have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to summarize and present complex financial and workforce data in an organized, concise manner.
  
• Must be able to work independently and have the ability to interact with management and executive levels.
  
• 2-5 yearsâ?? experience in Data Analysis

• Solid financial and business modelling understanding
  
• MS Excel and ppt (Excel Pivots, Lookups, charts, Macros etc.)
  
• Good analytical Skills to see patterns, deviations in data.
  
• Prior experience of having maintained/ developed Operation reports in SFR/ERP systems a big plus
