SUMMARY:

• Under guidance of the Manager, designs, develops, evaluates and modifies SAS programs to analyze and evaluate clinical data.
  
• Produces tables, listings and figures per the analysis plan. Checks data accuracy and consistency against case report forms.
  
• Applies extensive knowledge and skills, may act as lead programmer on project team(s). Provide feedback on the content of case report forms designed for the study.
  
• Good working knowledge of SAS macro a plus
  
• Proficient in SAS graphics a plus
  
• Validates, documents and archives single-use programs or multi use programs. Validates and documents SAS macro library.
  
• Explores new programming technology. Tests, documents and integrates software tools into programming procedures.
  
• Troubleshoots and resolves difficult study related problems in creative ways, and takes a new perspective on existing solutions, exploring and implementing new concepts and methodologies.
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelora's degree in statistics, bio statistics, mathematics, computer science or related field, or equivalent combination of education
  
• Able to work in team environment and proficient in logical thinking and strong verbal and good communication skills.
  
• Must have extensive knowledge of Base SAS, SAS/STAT, SAS macros, and SAS/GRAPH.
