Role:Digital Marketing Cloud Architect

Location:Chino Hills, CA

Job Description:

• The Digital Marketing Cloud Architect will be responsible for executing data-driven initiatives to maximize the efficiency of Lead Generation and Marketing Campaigns promoting our multiple brand offerings.
• The Digital Marketing Cloud Architect will work closely with the Marketing Team, IT Team and 3rd Party Vendors to support all aspects of our SFDC environment in support of our multi prong marketing campaigns and improving lead generation processes.
  

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to Project Manage new solutions, manage issue resolution and communicate with all levels of the organization
  
• Work closely with Senior Marketing Team to enhance and optimize the lead management process and automation, ensuring timely distribution of leads to dealerships and sales team, and ensure correct database segmentation
  
• Leverage Salesforce and Pardot environments to provide ongoing metrics in support of marketing campaign effectiveness
  
• Work closely with the design and content teams to build effective emails and analyze those emails for optimization
  
• Assist Marketing in the execution of end-to-end campaigns; develop cohesive automated workflows and pulling targeted lists
  
• Handle requests for special surveys, reports, data, and sales tracking information
  

Required Skills/Experience:

• Marketing, Communications or related degree (BS/BA)
  
• Experience with Web-based CMS/marketing automation tools (Salesforce & Pardot experience required)
  
• Experience with marketing campaign analytics
  
• Must possess 1-3 years of marketing experience
  
• Data-driven marketer; highly analytical, organized and detail-oriented, self-starter
  
• The candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills
  
• An innovative thinker and creative problem solver
  
• Be able to effectively manage multiple on-going assignments in a fast paced & fluid environment
