Responsibilities

• Our web developers work closely with our project managers, strategists and others to develop solutions with the use of both existing and emerging technologies.
• This position will require the resource to set up development environments, install CMS solutions, programming, database setup/administration, thorough testing and QA.
  
• The right resource will be highly motivated, a team player, possess outstanding attention to detail and fit into the culture.
  
• Setup and maintain personal local development LAMP development environment
  
• Build custom PHP web solutions in a variety of CMS platforms
  
• Build static one page landing page solutions with HTML/CSS and JS
  
• Build responsive email templates and deployments
  
• Integrate solutions with 3rd party REST/SOAP APIâ??s
  
• Setup and maintain/oversee deployment process to various hosting providers
  
• Handle ongoing CMS security updates across a variety of CMS platforms
  

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor??s degree in computer science or related field.
  
• 4+ years experience with ground up web development using Wordpress, Drupal or ModX.
  
• 4+ years experience with custom PHP development.
  
• 4+ years experience creating solutions with JavaScript and/or a JS library such as jQuery.
  
• 4+ years experience with GIT and GIT workflows.
  
• Experience building testable code and testing with tools such as Behat, PhantomJS, CasperJS, etc.
  
• Experience with build tools such as Gulp or Grunt a plus.
  
• Experience with Pantheon or Acquia a plus.
  
• Experience with AWS a plus.
  
• Experience with at least one eCRM (Silverpop, What Counts, Mailchimp etc) and deployment of targeted email campaigns.
  

Skills/Knowledge

• Expert in HTML/CSS/JS and PHP with code samples/demos to prove it
  
• jQuery or Angular (jQuery preferred) MySQL
  
• Apache and nGinx setup/configurations
  
• GIT and GIT workflows across multiple developer scenarios
