Job Description

• The Product Data Specialist is a problem solver;providing technical assistance for a variety of issues.
  
• They will identify and resolve product data related issues affecting order entry, pricing, costing and production scheduling.
  
• They will document, track and monitor change request ensuring timely resolution.
  
• In addition they will respnd to telephone and email requests for product data changes.
  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain our product configurator Maintain our bills of materials
• Apply analytical skills to identify and resolve product data related issues Enter and maintain data in an organized manner to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Collaborate and coordinate resolution of issues across multiple teams Utilize in-depth technical skill in proprietary software tools to aid in diagnosing and troubleshooting product data related issues
• Maintain effective and professional communication Provide superior customer service while resolving open cases/projects

• Qualified applicants must possess an associate\'s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school in business management, computer science or equivalent; six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  

Addition Qualified Applicants Must Have

• Excellent communication skills Excellent math skills Demonstrated proficiency in one or more of the following:
  
• Excel formulas, query writing, programming (any language), or database management (SQL, Access, etc.)
