Job Description

The BI Analyst help the organization to meet their objectives through the intelligent use of the information.
Work closely with bankers, directors and support areas, and IT teams to turn data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make sound business decisions.
Educate and train the organization to use the data as an analytical tool, displaying the information in new forms and content for the purpose of analysis and option exploration.
In conjunction with the Director of BI establish the BI strategy and architecture.
Coordinate the functional requirements of the BI projects, leading engagement across multifunctional teams, IT and business areas to get alignment on requirements, resources and timelines, will write solutions and/or functional requirements, facilitating discussions and consensus among stakeholders.
Perform analysis for a wide range of requests using data in different formats and from various platforms.
Provides guidance, training, and problem solving assistance to other team members.
Other duties as assigned or requested by immediate supervisor.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, Finance or specialized training/certification. Or equivalent work experience
5-7 year experience in in the fields of Business Intelligence, Business Analysis, Finance, Quality Assurance, or Database Development
Superior organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks
