Job Description

  • Quality Assurance Analyst works under general supervision of the Manager Business Systems 2 and is responsible for developing test scenarios that test new/existing functionality and regression test existing functionality.
  • Provides additional support for the Development, Implementation and Maintenance teams.
  • Will be responsible for determining prioritization and completion of assigned tasks and communicating issues that may impact schedule if they arise.
  • The preferred candidate will be a proven team player and posses strong communication skills.
Duties:

  • Maintains positive working relationship with client and client management by responding to Pharmacy Operations and customers concerns, issues, and requests
  • Provides information to Pharmacy Operations and other customers regarding solution options available, including advantages and disadvantages as well as associated risk.
  • Schedules and facilitates weekly meetings with Developers, Operations and Product Owner to set project priorities, proactively identify problem areas, coordinate problem resolution, and ensure projects are progressing on schedule
  • Communicates between team members to coordinate modifications, enhancements, or production issues with software
  • Contributes to the creation of written documentation, which may include application flows, data flows, user guides, etc.
  • Monitors small to medium tasks, creating and communicating status information including resolutions, estimated completion dates, changes, issues, etc. to supervisor, team and customer as appropriate
  • Identifies scope, severity, and root cause of simple and complex application problems by questioning operations, product owner, reviewing documentation, utilizing understanding of software applications, re-producing issues, doing research, etc.
