  • Educated to degree level preferably in digital marketing.
  • 5+ years experience with progressively more responsibility. Agency experience desirable.
  • Advanced knowledge of open source software like Drupal, WordPress. Proven experience with a range of other social and digital CMS systems. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite & HTML a plus.
  • Expert in Google Analytics & other measurement tools.
  • Experienced with SEO and UX approaches and best practice. Significant experience with multiple CMS systems.
  • Experience developing digital content strategies that maximize the impact of as content across owned, earned and paid channels.
  • Skilled project manager with an ability to manage complex projects from start to finish, confidently leveraging the skills of other team members.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multi-platform digital campaigns, content partnerships and always-on media including budgets and contracts.
  • Inclusive leader with experience managing cross-functional project teams.
  • Comfortable with all aspects of the digital media planning process.
  • Relationships with networks, publishers and advertisers a plus.
  • Love high level strategy and day-to-day execution of digital marketing projects across web and mobile.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and objectives in an out-of-box way
  • Comfortable with data and an analytical approach to inform activity
