Role:Sr.Business Systems Analyst - Veeva CRM

Loc:Cambridge, MA
Responsibilities

  • Instrumental member in the support of our current and future functionality related to our Veeva platform (CRM, Approved Email, Events, Product Catalog, eMVA).
  • Critical participant within the QC and stabilization of the sales force, managed care and medical scientist application within a state of the art cloud based CRM system
  • Support the vision of central point of access with a strong focus on user experience
  • Maintain user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc.
  • Maintain system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity
  • Act as Project Manager for ongoing efforts and new projects
  • Develop, maintain, and document QC processes around application development, data management, dashboards, reports, and any other functional areas as required.
  • Conduct analysis and documentation of existing business processes; recommend process improvements
  • Assist team leads with resource allocation and resolving program issues
  • Assist with internal and external audits including SOX compliance
  • Provide ongoing support for escalated field and operations issues
Requirements
  • 7-10 years analyst experience
  • Basic data integration experience
  • Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills
  • B.A./B.S. Degree
  • Technical proficiency with analytics systems and Excel, PowerPoint, and Word applications
  • Veeva/SFDC Administrator experience (Certification preferred)
  • Demonstrated collaboration and teamwork with internal and external stakeholders at all levels within the organization
  • Experience with the implementation and support of business in IT projects
  • Experience developing, leading and performing large application test plans (functional and integration)
  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem solving skills
Preferred
  • Candidate should have experience with system and application monitoring
  • Experience with vendor management
  • Experience in the biotech / pharma space preferred
  • Ability to analyze existing processes and propose process improvements that can increase accuracy, efficiency or cost
