Additional Responsibilities Include

  • The Digital Marketing Specialist provides website / CMS technical support, email campaign design and development, content management, and SEO and paid search optimization to the assigned business units.
  • This role will also assist field business users with training support on the CMS and email service provider to empower them to manage their own content, drive the appropriate customer content experience, and increase site visibility and conversions.
  • Create or edit web site content to ensure what appears on the assigned web sites matches the content in email and social media campaigns.
  • Work with business units to understand upcoming campaigns and promotions, and design email marketing content to support the campaigns.
  • Front end development and CMS administration. Maintain CMS standards for all assigned web sites.
  • Responsible for the programming and development of new functionality of unique templates, workflow and CSS changes.
  • Technical search optimization support.
  • Responsible for executing code (tags, pixels, schema codes) to support SEO/SEM requirements requested by properties that will help drive website performance.
  • Support field website editors with content adjustments, technical issues and training.
  • Liaison with Corporate IT, Unit IT and technology partners as required to ensure digital marketing technology needs are meeting approval and compliant.
Requirements:

  • Associates degree plus at least 2-3 years in content creation, email marketing, CMS administration and some web site front end development.
  • Technical skills include HTML, CSS, In Design, Photoshop required.
  • Experience with .net content management platforms a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, strong oral and written communication skills required.
  • Knowledge of standard web technologies and multimedia applications a must.
