PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define, manage and implement digital marketing strategy, including search engine marketing, Google shopping, affiliate marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
- Develop monthly calendars for digital marketing strategies and campaigns. Assist in the management of the overall marketing calendar.
- Assist with the management of the media plans working with outside agency
- Collaborate with the graphics team or agency to drive the creation of assets needed for display ads, and the website refresh
- Work directly with and collaborate with licensees to ensure each brand has a cohesive voice and presence across digital
- Monitor and reports on analytics to draw and implement actionable insights collaborating with the Insights Team
- Work with Direct to Consumer team to drive and improve traffic, customer engagement, click through, and suggest site enhancements to petmate.com
- Ideate digital campaigns for each brand
- Collaborate with product managers, graphics, and social media manager to optimize all content for a balanced blend of brand + social + ecommerce
- Manage content strategy, syndication, and roadmap for Petmate brands
- Work to enhance Amazon A+ rich media content for higher conversion using latest display modules
- Launch and manage content syndication for enhanced rich media content on retailer sites to increase brand experience and conversion
- Perform analyses using data from Google Analytics, and internal reporting applications to track marketing campaign performance
- Lead email marketing program and assist with creative asset creation and outside vendor management
- Advise on go-to market digital media marketing strategies and define clear campaign objectives
- Develop media strategies building brand affinity, generating leads, or driving conversions
- Structure media integration of CRM data into campaigns for each brand resulting in more efficient prospecting tactics
- Advanced knowledge of SEO and organic search
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS - KEY STRENGTHS
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a digital marketing role driving profitable customer growth through digital marketing,
- BS/BA in marketing, business or related field required
Analytical Skills:
- Proven track record to use data to optimize performance and identify new opportunities
Communication and Cross Functional Skills:
- Experience with working in a matrix department that requires developing strong working relationships with Sales, Product Management, Design and Consumer Insights
Strategic and Creative Thinker:
- Experience in identifying target audiences, developing and executing digital campaigns that motivate and engage customers to action
Multi-Tasking:
- Ability to manage multiple priorities that include internal and external partner
