Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Develop, lead and manage the execution of the CRO strategy, with particular emphasis on conversion funnel optimization.
- This individual will be seen as the owner? of the acquisition funnel, and will be responsible for leading the team to develop ongoing improvements.
- Drive and execute a/b testing strategy to continuously improve website framework and member acquisition. You will build and own the testing road map and lead the prioritization and execution of targeted acquisition-focused tests.
- Own the positioning for new and optimized member features and pricing plans.
- Develop, lead and manage the execution of the NA presales strategy, leading innovation, identifying opportunities for growth and enhancement, achieving business objectives, and ensuring effective workflow processes.
- Ensure global alignment on major presales initiatives and the website refresh project, and develop prioritization road map for NA presales projects.
- Lead the cross-functional team executing on presales projects, including product, engineering, and creative, ensuring stakeholder input as needed.
- Lead project teams (design, copy, engineering) in implementing new SEO / SEM projects, including channel-focused landing pages, providing clear direction, priorities and expectations.
- Create, develop and manage internal dashboards? measuring impact of key business initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years experience in digital marketing-related roles, including campaign management, web analytics, project management.
- Fluency in the world of business analytics is a MUST, including the ability to define and measure new KPI.
- Comfort seeking out and applying data to counter business ambiguity; passion to seek out truth in data
- Hands-on experience with online marketing analytics tools (eg, Google Analytics, GTM, Adobe Analytics, etc.) particularly required.
- Hands-on experience in (or deep exposure) to online product or project management, particularly in a membership- or ecommerce-driven environment, is a VERY BIG plus.
- Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals and the evolving search landscape, with experience leading initiatives that increase organic traffic.
- Strong project management and delegation skills and strengths in managing multiple projects/deadlines across teams; ability to set priorities and be flexible in changing environments.
- Experience leading cross-functionally, managing external marketing partners (e.g., marketing agencies and/or web production teams), and internal stakeholders/clients.
- Excellent communicator at all levels of the organization; ability to socialize concepts in a compelling way; ability to build consensus and strong relationships.
- Ability to confidently engage with executives and senior colleagues of the organization to influence, gain support, and build excellent working relationships.
