Start date: As soon as possible
End date: Approximately 3-6 months
Start time: 7am-8am / Time could varybased on daily assignment.
End time: 5pm / Shift end time canvary based on whether or not a physician is running behind.
Weekends included: Could requireoccasional Saturdays
Block booking (set schedule) or asneeded basis: As needed basis / confirmed schedule will always be postedthe week prior
Generally how many hours perweek?: ~40
Mandatory Experience requirements: 2 years LVN experience in a high volume ambulatory setting.
Preferred Experience requirements: Catheter exchange/placement, ability to assist MD with outpatientprocedures.Specialty being requested: LVN
