OVERVIEW

We are looking for a hands-on software architect with great C#and .NET skills to join several SCRUM teams developing a new, complex,distributed, .NET SPA to support millions of customers using the latesttechnologies: ASP.NET Core (ASP.NET 5) / Core MVC (MVC 6) / .NET Core (.Net4.6), Angular, Azure, Redis.

This is a potentially long-term contract opportunity: at leastone year, plus likely another year after that. Our client is also known for itswillingness and ability to retain contracted talent for many years.

ENVIRONMENT

We take the software engineering craft to heart: extensive unittesting, peer reviews, formal coding guidelines with the latest code qualitytooling, continuous integration/deployment and a supportive, delivery-focusedatmosphere are just some of the characteristics of our work environment.

Working hours are typically limited to 40/week. Death marchesare not in our DNA.

The positions are at the client site in the immediate vicinityof Washington, DC.
