Job Description:

- Manages project timelines including the creative development process and print production;
- Proactively manages project deliverables and ensures that they are on budget, on time and of high quality;
- Develops or improves creative brief procedures, cross-departmental approval processes and filing systems;
- Traffics all artwork production (specifically packaging, label development and printing) across departments to keep systems and databases current on a daily basis;
- Coordinates briefings and schedules work for appropriate creative teams based on scope of project and workload;
- Sets up jobs in Basecamp and supports Graphic Designer with Dropbox filing;
- Procures estimates from vendors, makes budgets and codes by project
- Distributes files and logos to printers and assists with press proofing
- Facilitates and runs weekly production team meetings, reports on the status of projects and troubleshoots deadlines;
- Communicates relevant project information across departments as applicable.
INTERACTION
- This position will interact closely with all members of the Marketing department, the company President, outside vendors and creative teams and other company departments, specifically Sales & Operations.
EDUCATION/YEARS EXPERIENCE
- Minimum: Bachelor degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing or Business
- 3-4 years experience working at an advertising agency, design firm or minimum 3 years of progressive project management experience leading various business projects
- Natural products industry experience a plus
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work effectively and independently
- Excellent working knowledge of project management software, such as MS Project, Basecamp, Dropbox, MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and google drive
- Familiarity with design software such as Adobe acrobat or InDesign
