Job Description:

Must Have: Excellent Communciation skills and sort of UX/UI or ECOMMERCE experience and excellent communication skills and can interview onsite.

We have an immediate need for a Business Analyst who will be working on Customer-Facing Technology Initiatives. This is a key role on high-visibility, high business impact development projects. Candidates must be able to interact effectively with senior-level business partners, facilitate large-group discussions, proactively drive the process to reach agreement on final requirements, and actively participate in technology solutioning and cross-referencing.

The hiring manager has a strong preference for candidates who are local or who can interview in-person, and for candidates who have worked on large, complex, customer-facing initiatives.

Requirements:

3-5 years of e-commerce business systems analysis/process redesign experience and a broad knowledge of internet technologies.

Recent experience on a project that followed Agile methodology.

Experience partnering with User Experience professionals as part of a User-Centered Design process.

Demonstrable experience in accurately and efficiently specifying functional requirements for complex on-line applications.

Understanding of application development processes.

Excellent communication, English language, and collaboration skills, including demonstrated ability to proactively elicit, rationalize, document, and define business requirements.

Must be able to work independently, be self-motivated and be able to work in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
