Summary of Responsibilities

• Business analyst for J.D. Edwards Enterprise One, and other supporting business applications.
  
• Focus on Security and HR functional areas.
  
• Maintain JDE user access, including the creation and modification of user profiles that maintains the proper system security access to support company policy and Audit guidelines.
  
• Creates and maintains user roles, ensures proper Network and Application templates are completed and documented to support future audits.
  
• Engages with development teams, and participates in efforts to ensure security is in place for new and updated J. D. Edwards Enterprise One functionality.
  
• Performs access reviews and audits of Business Applications Systems as needed.
  
• Participates in Security audits and access reporting, including managing elevated access to applications.
  
• Perform requirements gathering of new projects and enhancements and collaborates with the user community on new and planed projects.
  
• Work with the technical and functional teams for the delivery of solutions.
  
• Support E1 and related applications while working with the end users and the internal team.
  
• Follow the software development lifecycle methodologies to develop solutions while working with the end users and IT teams
  
• Responsible and accountable for quality production support and service delivery to all global operations for E1 security including but not limited to the general security and application access to meet the agreed service levels
  
• Support the company wide projects related with the J.D .Edwards applications including but not limited to reporting, interfaces and other related applications by providing applications expertise, leading to the functional teams, providing guidance to the development teams and supporting the delivery of the applications including end user training and change management.
  
• Working collaboratively with business, IT, and consultant teams to analyze requirements, propose and execute solutions
  

Required Experience, Knowledge Skills and Abilities

• Years of Experience: (differentiate between hands-on and managerial): Minimum of 5+ years of IT experience. Experience working within the business is strongly preferred (i.e. Accounting/Finance or Operations.)
  
• Extensive hands on experience with J.D. Edwards Security tools, user and profile creation, and Role Management is required.
  
• Bachelors degree required.

Experience with the below applications and technologies are preferred:

• JDE on AS/400 is required
  
• SQL Servers a plus
  
• DB2 or Oracle SQL experience is preferred
  
• Cloud solutions a plus
  
• HR Applications Experience a plus
  
• Various JDE E1 Security Tools
