Responsibilities

• SAP Material Master
  
• Responsible for preparing and executing eCATTs to create new SKUs, update master data, and extend materials to regions.
  
• Update product characteristics/attributes in SAP (color, size, model, reporting hierarchy, etc.)
  
• Provide UAT tests for new internal processes and reports implemented throughout various departments.
  
• Assist in documentation of master data.
  
• Help ensure master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality.
  
• Identify areas for data quality improvements and help to resolve through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.
  
• Identify areas for process improvements and lead the implementation of changes to streamline the workflow.
  
• Develop an understanding of company products to better assist with reporting and the translation of the product line into master data.
  

Analysis & Reporting

• Learn how to complete existing global reports and support existing templates.
  
• Assist in the review of current planning processes and reports, recommend improvements, and coordinate with global team members to implement changes.
  
• Assist the Global Planning Team with reporting and analysis as requested.
  

Essential Qualifications

Bachelors degree in business, communication or related field.

Strong Excel skills

• Must possess the ability to make independent judgments.
  
• Detailed and accuracy oriented with strong organizational skills.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Must be assertive in relations with co-workers and external contacts.
  
• Must have demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage processes through to completion.

• Must possess good interpersonal/relationship skills must cooperate and communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, subordinates and/or outside contacts.

Beneficial Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with SAP material master.
  
• Prior experience in new product development administration, sales management or related field.
  
• Prior experience in consumer products distribution environment beneficial.
  
• Experience in the bicycle industry beneficial.
