Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities
Evaluate, document and analyze information and data required for various customer and marketing analyses requests.
- Provide analysis and reporting for measuring performance of major marketing programs/campaigns, and conduct campaign post-mortem analyses.
- Develop business performance reporting dashboards for management.
- Oversee analytics team focused on providing business metrics and ensuring integrity in ITA reporting, data storage and analysis.
- Design and build automated dashboards to assess key metrics across customer segments and life cycle stages.
- Implement and/or support customer mining exercises such as segmentation, propensity modeling, life time value, customer tagging, etc.
- Support Product Management and Pricing Manager to develop and implement product price strategies.
- Develop robust customer lifetime models that can identify key drivers of lifetime value of a customer (LTV) and cost of acquiring a customer (CAC).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Minimum of two years experience in customer or marketing analytics, database marketing, and reporting preferably within the direct marketing or retail industry.
- Minimum of two years previous experience in defining analytical project requirements, performing data driven analysis and developing insight.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Expert in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Project, Access).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and lead people.
