  • Responsible for supporting IT Corporate Services in the following areas:
  • IT Service Management workflow and application administration, user training and support, enterprise services planning and delivery
  • Development and testing of new functionality
  • Requirements gathering, business process mapping, integration expertise
  • System capability planning
  • Responsible for applying the long-term strategy and goals of managed IT corporate applications to efficiently support business partners and users

Skills and Experience:

Must Have(s)

  • Undergraduate degree in computer science or related field; 8+ years in technology field in lieu of related degree
  • 2+ years ServiceNow administration experience with targeted experience using Update Sets, workflows, business rules, script includes, UI macros/actions, fix scripts.
  • Experience leading ServiceNow upgrade and module implementation initiatives across the enterprise, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Request, Asset, CMDB, GRC, Facilities Management, and Knowledge
  • Configuration Management implementation and networked-discovery experience (Discovery, LANdesk, Service Watch, Dynatrace, Cisco APIC, Microsoft SCCM, other monitoring and network tools)
  • Demonstrated experience and preferably a portfolio of integrations between ServiceNow and other point systems such as JIRA, Workday Financials/Human Resources, Google for Work, Salesforce, and LANdesk
  • Experience in scripted automation platforms (Ansible Tower, puppet, chef) in support of building orchestrated workflows
  • Intermediate development experience using Javascript ECMA 5+, AngularJS, JSON, XML, atom+rss,
