Call Center Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking to fill multiple Call Center Representativespots.
Candidates must be licensed in life and health
Ideal candidate will have call center experience. We will alsolook at candidates who have great customer service skills and retailexperience.
Candidates fluent in Spanish and English desired.
Candidates must be willing to work later shifts:
1) 11:30am-8:00pm
2) 12:30pm - 9:00pm
To fulfill this role, the Licensed Benefit Counselor will:
•Answer incoming calls to assist in enrollment
•Must have life and health license
•Provides a consultative experience and communicates accurateanswers regarding products
•Handle inquiries by communicating in a clear, concise andconfident manner in order to provide an excellent customer services experiencein a fast-paced work environment
•Facilitate enrollment benefits package.
•Enters all information related to the call for reportingpurposes
•Works with internal business partners to achieve business unitresults
•Resolve all inquiries that require research or additionalinformation by utilizing the appropriate resources and provide timely follow upas necessary
•Ensure that all transactions are submitted in a timely andaccurate manner.
•Ensures carrier, state, and company guidelines are adhered to
•Act as a successful team member by being receptive tofeedback/coaching, follow all standard operating procedures, displayreliability and have a willingness to develop and consistently improve
Qualifications
•High School Diploma required; 4 year college degree preferred
•Must have life and health license
•1-2 years customer service or sales experience preferred
•Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written),
