Job Description:
- The QA Manager is responsible for ensuring product quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance with ISO/FSSC standards.
- This position will focus on designing and driving true process improvement using FMEA, rather than assessing for quality.
- The QA Manager will lead growth and customer focus; facilitating ISO/FSSC guidelines, leading the compliance committee, and maintaining FSSC pre-requisite programs, and driving root cause analysis and proactive big picture initiatives.
The Successful Candidate must have the following experience:
- Bachelors degree in engineering, operations or related field required
- 5 years experience in quality in a manufacturing environment-printing, packaging, or folded carton preferred.
- Proficient in statistical controls
- Knowledge of FSSC 22000, IS 22000:2005, and ISO 22002-4 requirements, as well, as prior audit, ISO, FSSC/Food Safety experience preferred.
