Job Description:
Principle Responsibilities Include:
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts
- Work with customers to plan and set performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive key account relationship
- Meet sales targets and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate account sales, marketing and technology needs on a regular basis
- Own and drive participation in events and conferences
- Build and maintain a pipeline of sales prospects
- Work across internal teams to ensure that customer service, technology, and all other SLA requirements are met
- Continually review and document processes to improve the e-commerce sales program
- Build and present sales reports
Requirements:
- 4 year college degree from an accredited institution
- E-Commerce experience
- High aptitude for learning new software and understanding new technologies
- Proficiency in business tools including Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to meet sales quotas or similar set targets
- Able to create and own strategic business plans
- This position requires occasional travel
